We are a family
owned business that has specialized in the treatment of nuisance
aquatic
vegetation all over mid and southeastern Michigan since 1975. Aqua-Weed
Control Inc. is one of the oldest company in Michigan specializing in
this type of work.
Our applicators are licensed
to
apply aquatic herbicides by
the Michigan Department of Agriculture.

permitted for use in Michigan waters by:

Aqua-Weed Control Inc. utilizes extensive links with
manufacturers, suppliers, other lake management professionals,
industry,
and academic institutions to assure that weed and algae control
techniques employed offer the greatest chance for success and are
ecologically sound. To that end, our staff attends several
conferences and meetings each year to interface with academics, other
lake management professionals, and regulators.
Aqua-Weed Control Inc. works with individual
homeowners, lake homeowners associations and lake boards,
owners/managers of apartment or condominium units with ponds,
governmental
parks and recreation departments.
Aqua-Weed Control Inc. employs a
modern fleet of herbicide application boats and other
equipment to serve any
situation from small ponds to large lakes. Our boats are
equipped with the latest technology in spray application equipment
including GPS controlled systems.
